Should you choose to buy additional product during checkout, you will see two seperate charges on your credit card statement; the first for your original purchase, the second charge will reflect the additional product choosen by you for purchase. If you choose to purchase additonal product during checkout, you will be emailed two seperate invoices.
Example: If you purchase our single bottle of Accelorex, during checkout you may be offered an additional bottle of Accelorex at a discount rate. We believe in complete customer satisfaction and fair trade between both parties. Refund requests can be made under the following conditions:
All refund requests require the return of all products with the original seal intact. Due to health and safety regulations, any product returned with the seal broken can not be accepted and will not be refunded in any way.
To return a product for a refund you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting the customer service department at 1-866-268-8003.
To ensure a refund is processed for you, please send returns to the address provided over the phone along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.
Any return request must be made within 20 Days of receiving the product(s) - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Returns must be received by our return department no later than 12 days after an RMA number has been issued - NO EXCEPTIONS.
We cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender”
Requests made over the phone without a valid RMA number will not be considered or granted.
Requests via email will not be considered or granted.
All returns are subject to a 25% non-negotiable restocking fee.
The cost of shipping will not be refunded.
The cost of shipping for the return of the product(s) is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product.
Due to health and safety reasons, only unopened bottles with the safety seal still intact, will be accepted - NO EXCEPTIONS.
